Isn't climate change an "atmospheric" issue?
Typically, the topic of climate change comes under the realm of air, or "atmospheric issues," but due to (1) the enormous extent of the topic of climate change and (2) the fact that so much of what comes up under the rubric of "climate change"—from battery charging and earth minerals to the deep ocean and public health adaptation—does not neatly fit under on the heading of “molecules in the air.”
It's thus worth keeping in mind that the human penchant for distinguishing amongst environmental media (viz., land, water, air) does not reflect the enviroment's penchant for doing the exact opposite.
Which is to say...it is difficult to come up with any anthropogenic effect on one media (say air) that won't entail repurcussions on another (say water and land)(and then vice versa, etc.).
Nonetheless, humans do inevitably make such distinctions...and for better and for worse, pretty much everything you see on EarthWeb.info constitutes solid evidence of that proclivity.
